Golf (updated with pictures)!

Back 9.
Since I haven't played since October, I will not comment on my game, or the result. I will just say I only lost three balls, and one was because it was too dark to look for it, and one because it was fairly tall grass and you never know what hides in there..... So I didn't want to look too much for it.
The course I played, is about ten minutes from where I live and called the Quarry Golf Club (http://www.quarrygolf.com/), as the name suggest it has once been an old quarry and the first nine holes are like a regular golf course, but the back nine are in the old quarry itself, making it an amazing course with big rock walls about 30-40 meters up.
The whole course was good with nice fairways and pretty fast greens, and it took some time to get use to the speed at first compared to most of the Swedish courses.
Since the back nine are in a bowl, they suggest you not to play it when it is the warmest here, as it gets really warm down there. The wildlife was also fantastic, in one of the bunkers I managed to land in, there was a big turtle right next to ball, and I also saw more turtles on the fairway as well as in the water hazards.
You could also see big hawks flying around the quarry as well as a lot of lizards and smaller animals. Needless to say I was happy not to encounter any snakes, even though I kept a very close eye on everything that had any resemblance of a snake....
Playing golf in the US is nice, since all are using golf carts, so you do not have to do any walking or carrying of the clubs, which is of course nice in the heat.
This is definitely a course I will play more.
